Karralika Programs Inc has been supporting communities throughout the ACT and NSW for 45 years, providing quality support and intervention services for families and individuals impacted by alcohol and other drugs.

We employ a multidimensional approach to recovery, supporting our clients to learn about themselves behaviorally, cognitively, and emotionally to achieve and sustain positive outcomes for life. 

We are expanding our services and offering programs in regional NSW. We have rewarding opportunities available for Counsellors to join our team in delivering day programs, individual counselling and family support in Griffith NSW. This is a part time position working with 12-24 year olds in our Day Program  Position Description for Counsellors in Griffith

How You’ll Make a Difference

This is a part time positions available for experienced Counsellors to join our Regional NSW team in Griffith to provide support to the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Day Program participants and the team. The Day program provides an evidence-based early recovery and relapse prevention group program.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

You will have experience as a Counsellor in the AOD or other relevant sector, have a Diploma in Counselling, or higher, and hold/be eligible for registration with PACFA, ACA or AHPRA. 

  • Current National Police Check 

  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)   

  • Current Driver’s Licence
